Here’s an article we stumbled upon today from Parent magazine. We’re going to take a leap of faith and presume it’s a well-researched piece as they would want to avoid lawsuits and things of that nature. It’s titled: Will the ‘COVID-19 Vaccine Be Mandatory for Kids?’ and the short answer is: Yes. The article goes on about how safe the vaccine is and then delves into the ease in which a vaccine can be mandated. Okay. So, there’s that. Now, let’s add in the most recent development: The CDC just came out with this: The COVID-19 vaccination is recommended for ages 6 months and older.

Just a quick recap: Mandates are easy AND the CDC now recommends the Vaccine for children 6 months and older. We all saw that right? Still with me? Good. We feel it’s safe to say that many state schools will follow the CDC recommendations and require your kid to get the vax to attend. We don’t know the exact number of states but let’s hope it gets smaller with each passing day. Why? Because this is madness. The idea that you would give this shot to a child is, in my opinion insane. There just isn’t a need. If there WAS a need it would make sense. Take Polio for example. Polio is terrifying. Here’s some stats on Polio: One in 200 infections leads to permanent paralysis, and 5 to 10% of those cases result in death. That’s legit.

Now let’s look at the Stats on Covid in children: Children accounted for about 19% of all COVID-19 cases, but less than 0.26% of cases resulted in death, according to the American Academy of Pediatrics. Less than 0.26%. That is a small, small number. Like, insanely small. THAT’S what they are saving you from? That’s going to save the world? They want to protect your kid from 0.26? Get the hell outta here. No way. Makes no sense. None whatsoever and I say that as a parent. No way. It’s crazy. Why the insistence to ‘save’ kids from such an incredibly low number? But on the hand? On the vax side? Out of 111 people in a control group, the risk of an adverse event was .2! We’re talking about things like Myocarditis. Stroke. Seizures.

There is no upside to the Vax. There is no ‘greater good.’ At best it’s about the same odds. So, if there’s no upside, why would they recommend it? Makes you wonder.
