Wow. This just in: The New York Supreme court just reinstated all employees who were fired for not being vaccinated for Covid, ordered back pay be made and said their rights had been violated. Damn. That’s big. The court also stated that “being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19.” So, in a nutshell: What’s the point? This is similar to what many critics of the vax have been saying for a long, long, time. However, it carries a lot more weight when the NY Supreme Court says it.

NY had fired roughly 1400 people for not getting the jab. That includes firefighters and police. Seems like you would still want those peeps on the job. However, NY mayor Adam is steadfast, claiming the city won’t rehire unvaxxed workers. Hopefully this court ruling will change his mind.
