Happy weekend and happy Halloween. Let’s look at a week that started with Fetterman/Oz debate, Ted Cruz on The View, the Twitter sale to Elon Musk and Paul Pelosi, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s husband and something about a hammer.
The debates were rough for the Democratic candidate for Senate, John Fetterman. The unfortunate stroke sufferer did courageously do the debate. And it went as well as you’d expect.
The media and Democrats (but I repeat myself) came together to put a happy face on it.
In other news, Ted Cruz stupidly chose to appear in the nest of Harpies known as The View. It went as well as you’d expect.
The huge news of the week is that Elon Musk closed his deal with Twitter, promising to usher in an era of free speech and not biasing it’s content against any group. So, of course, liberals and the media (yes, once again, I repeat myself) are furious.
But the funniest tragedy this week is that Paul Pelosi was attacked late last night in his home and was injured by a hammer-wielding attacker. We do wish Mr. Pelosi a quick recovery.
That said, the whole incident were a Castro naked protestor turned supposed right-wing Q-Anon is just absurd enough and covered in mystery enough to generate
many excellent memes.
