It’s been quite the 24 hours for the news. Especially when it comes to the 2020 election and social media. Elon Musk has released interval messages from Twitter in regard to the Biden laptop and the censorship of that story. It’s a lot to take in. Musk made the decision to release the materials through journalist Matt Taiibi. Part one of the release was last night and part 2 is expected this evening, Dec. 3.

The thread posted by Taibbi is enlightening to say the least. We’ll post links so you can see for yourself. Here’s what stands out to us: Employees at Twitter wanted any reason at all to ‘kill’ the Biden laptop story because they wanted Joe to win the presidency. They used any excuse they could find. Were those excuses lame? Absolutely and they knew it. Will there be outrage on the right? Yes. Now conservatives have irrefutable proof that the Biden camp worked hand in glove with top level Twitter execs to squash the story. What’s more, 51 members of the intelligence community pitched in and did their part, saying the Biden laptop story had all signs of being Russian disinformation. All of these things happened. So, what happens next? That is the question.

Can all of these forces combine to affect the outcome of a presidential election and America just lets it blow over? Part of me thinks that’s the expectation. There’s very little discussion about this story on mainstream media today. And of that coverage most seems to be leaning towards the legality of it all. Lots of talk about lawyers and people not actually breaking the law. Very discussions on the morality of the censorship. All of these people, the twitter execs and worst of all, members of the intelligence community teamed up to steer an election. We can’t, as a society, let that slide. This doesn’t get fixed with a ‘sorry, we won’t do that again’. That’s not going to cut it. Look at the shape the country is in today. Inflation, crime and very real possibility of the U.S getting into World War three. How did we get here? We got here through Joe Biden. And Joe Biden, the proud recipient of 81 million votes got here through Twitter and the intelligence community. That’s a terrifying thought. And an even more terrifying reality. Nope. We can’t let this one slide.
