There might be a little bit of bias in big tech. Just a teeny tiny bit.

Let’s talk about the elephant on the internet. The bias of big tech. We think there might be some. And by some, we mean an absolute shit ton. Hopefully you already know that Elon Musk bought Twitter. If not, you may want to sit down. Not only did Musk buy the social media app, but he also exposed a boatload of bias in the company. Twitter routinely censored or shadow banned accounts whose political beliefs they didn’t like. Twitter (with input from the FBI) effectively squashed the Biden Laptop story before the 2020 election. Now we’re learning about how they manipulated the Covid 19 discussion on their platform. So, here’s the question: Do you think it was just Twitter doing the censoring? That they were the only ones? What about Facebook, Google and YouTube? Do you think there’s no bias there? You might want to take a peek at the graph below. It shows political donations that were made to midterm candidates by party. The blue represents the amounts donated to Dems. and the red is amounts going to Republicans. Do you honestly think all those donors kept their fingers off the scales and all those different platforms? Of course, not. Now the question is this: What then must we do? The GOP seems to be fine with the situation. They’ve done little to nothing. And if Elon Musk hadn’t bought Twitter, the censorship by that platform would still be going on today! It’s past time to rip off the band aid and find out how these platforms use their mysterious algorithms. We, as Americans need to be certain we aren’t being manipulated.
