Here’s the story trailer for a game we are pretty stoked about. The Lord of the Rings: Gollum. Just the trailer is already infinitely better than Amazon’s Rings of Power. And I’m not even kidding. Just the artwork alone! They took some chances. They made it look different yet feel familiar. It’s Lord of the Rings, but it looks like its own thing! Well done. And yup. All these adventures of Gollum and his travels are in the appendices to LOTR. So, it’s not impossible, is it? You can do a quality Lord of the Ring story and not take a steaming dump all over Tolkien! Will wonders never cease? The Lord of the Rings: Gollum has a release date of 2023. So… soon? We wants it.
