What in the world is going on here? Can this be true? Yes. Joe Biden is looking to build 20 miles of border wall between Texas and Mexico. Now why would a guy who said he would never do such a thing do that? Because it’s the smart political move. It creates the illusion of caring about the border, but only after millions have come across. Throwing up some border wall now grabs the media’s attention, and the Biden administration can say they did something. Politically savvy. It is far and away the easiest problem to ‘fix’. It’s all about the timing.
If I were to look into a crystal ball, I would predict more border security action from Biden as election day gets closer. Just take that issue off the table. For now. You can always open that border again if you win. And let’s not forget the millions of people from other countries that are already here! If your plan was to change the voting demographic in the not-too-distant future? That mission is already accomplished. So, we’re not shocked that Biden wants to build a bit of border wall. It’s a smart political move.
