David Draiman of Disturbed fame is an amazing rocker. Not just for having pipes that can pull off screamo rock but also knock you out with a cover of Simon and Garfunkel’s “Sound of Silence”.
With the Palestinian terror attack on Israel, we thought it would be good to dedicate this week’s Jams to Draiman and Disturbed.
First up, “The Sound of Silence” dig how strong and at the same time, beautiful his voice is. If you listen closely, you can hear yourself getting chills.
If you haven’t heard of David Draiman or Disturbed, you might remember this one that really put them on the map. This is their loud, metallic roots.
Me personally, this is my favorite Disturbed song. I love the Genesis original AND the harder cover version.
