Let’s just start off by saying ‘I’m not a lawyer’. That seems like a smart thing to do. Just get that out of the way, right out of the gate. However, I did come to the same conclusion that this former federal prosecutor reached: What crime did Trump commit to get his name taken off the ballot in Colorado? They said insurrection. Huh. That’s so weird, because there wasn’t a trial. There was no guilty verdict. So, what we seem to have, are some judges in Colorado that can just tell when someone’s guilty. They don’t need a trial. They can just decide that you are. That notion should terrify everyone in America. And these are State Supreme Court Judges! Holy crap! There is no way this ruling stands. But don’t take it from me. Heres’ an actual legal expert saying it’s hot garbage.
