There’s no sure thing in Hollywood. There’s no guarantee that that a movie will be a hit and make bazillions of dollars. However, if you’re an investor and you’re looking for a movie that appeals to a certain demo? Like conservatives? Reagan the movie is an easy sell. In theory, about half the country will go. The cast for the Reagan movie is solid. Thats another factor in terms of greenlighting a project. Dennis Quaid as Reagan. That’s great casting. Penelope Ann Miller as Nancy. Good times. Now for the big question? Will people go watch? Is there still an appetite for bio pics? There have been a ton of those lately. Freddie Mercury, Bob Marley, now it’s Ronald Reagans turn. The 80’s soundtrack should be fire by the way. Reagan looks solid. It’s a compelling story. We’re digging the trailer. Now let’s keep one eye on the box office. That’s the true test. Reagan opens August 30th.
