Chocolate chess pie

2 oz dark semi sweet chocolate melted

5 oz evaporated milk

2 large eggs at room temperature

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 c sugar

3 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbs flour

1/8 tsp (a generous pinch) salt

Melt butter and chocolate on low, whisk milk, eggs, vanilla and add to melted butter/chocolate. Whisk the sugar, cocoa powder, flour and salt to combine.
