We got a new trailer for Andor for you. The only bright light in a very dismal reality for Disney Star Wars. Let’s take a look, shall we? And yes, I have an opinion. It’s a mixed bag overall. The bad news about the new Andor Trailer? It looks like they played it super safe. The PR team went back to a more ‘traditional’ Star Wars music score. (I loved the first trailer. Just thought it was fantastic) But here’s the good news: They listened and made an adjustment. One could make an argument that Disney Star Wars actually heard that lots of fans thought the music for the first trailer wasn’t Star Warzy enough and made a course correction to a more traditional score. (did I mention that song is fuggin awesome?)

Anyway, it might all be me trying to be optimistic about the future of Star Wars. Blah, blah, blah. It’s bleak out there, kids. Andor is the only Star Wars project I’m remotely excited about. It starts streaming on April 22nd.

Now, it would a shame if I didn’t post that Steve Earle song from the first trailer… right? Crank this up!

Screw it… Here’s the first Andor trailer too. It’s such a good fit. Nice to see a Star Wars showrunner swinging for the fences like Gilroy did with Andor.
