Is it really Easter if you haven’t indulged in a Cadbury Creme Egg? Maybe you aren’t a fan of the rich chocolatey shell stuffed with delicious cream filling. Well, at the very least, you know Easter is just around the corner when the classic Cadbury Creme Egg commercials begin to air. The Cadbury Creme Egg is a staple of Easter and in my opinion, the only viable excuse for cavities.

Just about anyone who was around in the 90s saw and can remember the famous Cadbury bunny audition commercial. This commercial, which first aired in 1991, was such a hit and it still airs today!

The very first commercial for the Cadbury Creme Egg first aired in the UK in the early 1960s, with multiple others making their way to the airwaves over the years. Here are a few other classics to revisit and enjoy this Easter.

I am not sure if the Aquarius women out there should take offense to this? Miss Aquarius getting “carried away” is quite an understatement. This commercial first aired in 1992. Honestly, I don’t remember seeing it back then. Probably for the best because I was way too young to get the plethora of sexual innuendo that today made me laugh so hard, I may have poured Cadbury Creme Egg all over my face.

Timeless Classic – The Cadbury Egg Bunny

The Cadbury bunny is so darn cute, cuddly, and lays chocolate eggs! This timeless classic began airing in 1983. Oh, the joy it brought around the same time each year before Easter. Everyone knew it was egg time.

Don’t Get Caught

This cute commercial targeted viewers in Australia and New Zealand beginning in 1985. The slogan Down Under? “Don’t get caught with egg on your face.” Somebody should have passed that memo along to Miss Aquarius up there.
