Beachy vibes are in the air. And this Sunday’s feeling like we need a little Bossa Nova to take us there. Listening to Lully Hill this week on Sunday Jams.
Now, I’ve been into Bossa Nova for over a decade and can familiarize myself with songs and artists pretty well. I do have my favorites. It’s a good genre for getting out of your own head. For me, Bossa Nova sends me to the beach. And when I am actually on the beach, it’s great music to dive into relax-mode almost instantaneously. Beachy vibes all the way!
Recently, I turned on a “Bossa Nova Covers” station on Spotify and came across a few songs by an artist by the name of Lully Hill. Ok, cool. I like this. I think to myself, “Let me do a little more research to find more songs by her.” Well… we’re weeks in now and the face (or faces) to Lully Hill is still a mystery!
Not sure who Lully Hill actually is and are they even a real person? Is this AI? Are they a band? Again, a mystery! Would love to find out more for sure but in the meantime… Just staying chill and enjoying the music.
