Check out these clips from the return of Oasis. Just look! That is tens of thousands of people having the time of their lives at an Oasis show in Wembly stadium. I cannot remember ever seeing a band get that level of a reaction from a crowd. This looks fantastic. Just epic! What is going on with Oasis Live ’25?

Now I should do the obligatory back story. Oasis was big back in the day. They broke up. Now, 15 years later they’re on tour again. Oasis Live 25. And as much as people wear concerned about the show being a cash grab, it’s turned out to be the concert event of the year. As of now, I can’t think of any show that could be considered ‘bigger’. It’s Oasis. People are coming out in droves and having great time.

So, what’s happening? Why is the return of Oasis so massive? Nostalgia? Good music? Good music that still sounds good live? A feel-good return for the local boys who made it big? Or… all of the above? It’s all of the above. And let’s not examine this whole thing too closely. Just enjoy the ride. Everyone else is.

It’s great to have Oasis back and doing some massive live shows. There are loads of people on the internet who’ve declared the music industry dead. Oasis is out there proving them all wrong. Good times.
