Here’s the latest trailer for Avengers: Doomsday. This one features Thor and let’s just say it has my Spidey senses tingling in all the bad ways. Yikes. Take a look for yourself and then scroll down for my thoughts.
Okay, ready? WTF are they doing over there at Disney Marvel? I can see them wanting to redeem Thor’s character after turning the guy into a cartoon laughingstock in the last Thor movies, but damn. Now Thor is worried about his kid. And let’s not forget that Captain America has wee little bundle of joy he’s cradling in his clip too. Are they both dads, or is Steve Rogers babysitting Thors kid? WTF is going on with this movie? Are they protecting a daycare center? Oof.
They must really want to make sure that we’re all emotionally hooked into the story for Avengers: Doomsday. These trailers reek of over-the-top emotional blackmail. It’s not like killing Nemo’s mom but I’m sensing mucho danger in the plot on this one. Avengers: Doomsday hits theaters on Dec. 18. 2026.
