Sunday Jams: The Smashing Pumpkins (B-sides)

Before breaking out into mega stardom with Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, The Smashing Pumpkins had already released a couple of studio albums. One of which launched the band into the 90’s Alternative Rock spotlight. Siamese Dream was the second studio album released. It was later released as a deluxe version, including several songs from their B-side collection album, Pisces Iscariot.

Here are a few of the songs I have kept on repeat lately in the car. So, please enjoy some quality Smashing Pumpkins B-sides on Sunday Jams!

Let’s kick it off with this fantastic Depeche Mode cover.

Bonus track!! For those who are into Fleetwood Mac. A lovely cover of “Landslide” that even Stevie Nicks is proud of.

My favorite Smashing Pumpkins song has got to be 1979. It’s as much the music as the song.

You know, I recently came across an X post stating that out of all the SP songs, guys really like 1979. Lol, but agree! It’s a great song and I was obsessed with the video when it came out too. Thanks for the listen! 🙂
