Aliens? Are you kidding us right now? With all the other stuff going on in the world? Islands and ranches and fraud and lists? Aliens? Now they wanna talk about Aliens? Okay. We’ll play. Here’s this weeks TWIM! The Week in Memes!
Happy weekend friends! The Meme Mine hit a weird vein this week. President Obama was asked about the existence of aliens, and then things got weird. There’s going to be some Prince Andrew stuff too. Because, well… why not? Right?
“They’re real but I haven’t seen them,” replied Obama. “And they’re not being kept in… what is it? Area 51. There’s no underground facility unless there’s this enormous conspiracy and they hid it from the president of the United States.”
The second question in that round was “what was the first question that you wanted answered when you became president?,” to which Obama replied, laughing: “Where are the aliens?” The interviewer did not delve into the response, instead going straight onto the next question.
Obama’s answer was picked up by international media, as well as people on social media. On Sunday evening, Obama issued a statement to clarify his position.
Trump had to get in on the action, then the weird thing got even weirder.
If you do this whole layers and layers of conspiracy thing…
And now we segue from aliens to Prince Andrew.
Spare a thought for those across the pond in this difficult time.
Seems the guy got into some trouble with this Epstein thing (boss covers it here).
Your weekly Marco Rubio. The hits just keep on coming.
Spring is in the air!
Grab Bag!
Pretty bird!
This is a little mean, but kudos to the AI animation.
OK guys, until next week!
Hi Gordon! I really enjoyed your TWIM on this almost balmy 49 degree day before we get 5 to 10 inches of snow Nor’easter style.
Things have definitely taken a weird turn this week with the Alien talk. It’s a neat subject but with everything going on right now ,it seems like the proverbial ice cube dropped into a boiling hot bowl of soup to cool things down.
Andrew is in the deep and murky (as my British family would say). Getting arrested on his birthday had to be quite the jolt for someone so spoiled and snooty. And he is. Things can only get more interesting from here.
Yay! A great Marco Rubio meme and a funny AI video to boot. You spoil me,Gordon.
A fun Grab Bag! Loved the bird video. Yes,lately I’ve felt like doing that Mc Connell. Nicer than pushing him into traffic. I really enjoyed your new video with Col.Sanders and the Fast Food Wars. It was fantastic. You’ve made my Saturday before the next snowstorm. Thanks for all the funny you bring every week ,Gordon!
I believe that the Weekly Marco will last a long time.
Thank you for reading and to your British side, “cheerio”!
