Maybe I should start by saying the Epstein allegations are worse than you think. That’s probably safer, you know, for legal purposes. Let’s do that then. However you want to frame it, the whole scandal is just horrifying to think about. But what else can you do? Ignore it? I don’t think that’s possible at this point.
I won’t turn this post into a horror show. That’s not what this is all about. This is a post just to get you thinking about the scale of what was going on and the people involved… allegedly. Once you can start wrapping your brain around the players and what was going on, then you’ll want to see at a very least, an investigation. You’ll probably want way more than that, but this will be our starting point.
There are plenty of distractions to go around. You have to wonder if someone is counting on all the shiny new stories taking all the focus.
