Hello there. I just checked in on X to see the latest news about the Supreme Court, and the big brain fight over birthright citizenship. There are loads of people on both sides of this issue that feel that their side clearly won the argument. Hmmm… interesting. (That was my impersonation of a big brain person)
Here’s what the fight boils down to: If a baby is born on US soil, that baby is automatically a US citizen. That’s insane. I don’t really need to hear any arguments. Know why? It’s that stupid. It’s perfectly ridiculous. You can try all you want to convince me otherwise, but that is dumb as shit.
I honestly don’t see how this is even a Supreme Court case. And what is this chick even talking about? How is obeying a countries law ‘allegiance’? WTH?

This sums it up for me. Birthright Citizenship is stupid. Again: How is this even a thing?!
Now let’s check in with the Supreme Court and the big brains with arguments over hypothetical applications… What is happening? This is insane.
There was a time and place for this issue and it all had to do with the babies of slaves. Those days are over. Time to move on. This isn’t a supreme court fight. It’s stupid.

Regardless, the issue of holding dual citizenship within our electorate is a larger issue, IMHO. How can you take an Oath to support and defend the Constitution when you are a part time citizen of America and a part time citizen of Israel, or whatever other country? Dual citizenship should not be allowed, period.
