We should talk about California more. As Americans. What happened to the Golden State? What’s the near future look like and how Cali be saved.

As a former resident of the once great state of California, I can tell you this: It’s beautiful. California is just jaw dropping with the natural beauty. Watching this once great state go down the shitter is a drag. Every single former resident I talk to, wishes they could go back, but the entire state is an expensive, bureaucratic, ruin. Crazy ass taxes, one party rule and just the regular challenges of large populations has proven to be too much for the state, city and local governments. California is a shit show of expensive incompetence and greed.

The people want high speed rail? They get corruption and greed.

Waste and fraud are rampant. It’s on a crazy level. Some reports say $146 Billion a year.

Then list goes on and on.

I’m not going to lie. There’s something about listing all the BS in Cali that’s kind of cathartic. It feels good to bitch about stuff.

So, how can Californians ‘Save” the Golden State? Get mad. Get mad at the liars and thieves who have robbed you blind. Get mad at the people who said they would do good with your money and then they shoved it in their own pockets. Get mad at the ballot box. You have tried the Dem way of running your state. Now try flipping back to the Right. Do this at every level of Government.

Steve Hilton was just endorsed by the President. He would be a fine Gov.

Hilton is just one guy, though. I was living in Cali during the time when Arnold Schwarzenegger was Gov. He was handcuffed the entire time by the legislators. California didn’t get worse… but it didn’t get any better either. You need to flip every seat at every level. You can do it. You love California and now it’s time to prove it. Get tough. The ‘Feel Good’ Policies don’t work, and they are expensive as all get out.
