Oh, California. How much do all love the fraud? With what has been going in the golden state lately, it looks like you love it a lot. Like, a whole lot. Lawmakers in Cali seem to be going out of their way to protect the systems that keeps all these wacky boondoggles going.
If an investigative journalist finds a bunch of fraud? Cali gets moving with what many are calling the ‘Stop Nick Shirley Act’. It’s wild. It’s as if they want to keep the people of California from knowing just how bad things are. It would be so much funnier if it wasn’t really happening. But wait! There’s also election stuff too! Let’s cover it all!
Now if that isn’t a bad enough look, just wait till you hear about the election stuff.
As to the amount of money involved in the California fraud? Some are saying as much as $280 Billion. That is our money. Wouldn’t you want some Journo to track that down? We’re talking about hundreds of billions! It is insane.
It just goes on and on and on.
But lord help ya if you try to investigate. Cali will come up with a ‘law’ to try and stop you. I’m starting to feel like the Gavin Newsom fellow and his lawmaker friends in California might be just a tad on the grifty side. Just a tad.
