Here’s some exciting news that should be cause for some additional optimism for space travel. Space X and Starship just had a very successful mission. Starship was launched, achieved orbit and even deployed its payload of satellites. That’s a good day for the largest flying machine ever created.
It’s all very good news. The launches are super exciting. The satellites being deployed is also very awesome. It’s good to know that stuff works.
So, I think we’re all thinking the same thing: When do they try to catch it on the landing? If we’re going to Mars, we’re going to need the reusable rocket. That’s the key to all of this as far as I know.
So far, so good. I’ve been insanely impressed with this whole endeavor. It’s just mind-blowingly awesome. It would appear that SpaceX can launch Starship and get it into orbit and it will do all the payload things. Now let’s hope they can catch that thing and get it back on the launchpad and get us to the moon and Mars.
