It’s hard to wrap your head around just how bad things are now in Afghanistan. Let’s just say it seems to get worse every time we go look an an update on the situation. Military experts, philosophers and historians will have plenty to talk about as they discuss the involvement of the U.S. and what we should have or shouldn’t have done. Everyone has an opinion. It would be interesting to know what Joe Biden thinks but he’s on a bit of a break it seems.

The Taliban is making a full-on push and people in the Biden camp are tweeting about how they are “powerless.” The tweet has since been deleted, but for real…you’re powerless? Go ahead and resign now. That is the attitude of a loser. You gotta go. I wouldn’t want that attitude anywhere near me when it comes to any kind of conflict.
Remember when I said everyone has an opinion? Here’s mine. Once upon a time when wars were fought, you beat your enemy so bad they lost the will to fight. That’s how shit was done. We are going to hit you so hard and it will be so awful, you will surrender just to make it stop. What happened to that kind of fighting? It worked with Germany and Japan. Why don’t we do that anymore? The way we fight now just seems to be an announcement for our enemies to take a little vacation and wait. As soon as we leave they come strolling back in. Which is exactly what the Taliban is doing now. It’s absurd. In my opinion.
And don’t even get me started on the cost of U.S lives. It’s infuriating. Am not prepared to go there mentally yet.
