In the most un-self-aware act of farce and glitz, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez attended this year’s Met Gala–an event for un-self-aware, farcical and glitzy elites. The Gala, like awards shows and the White House Correspondents’ dinner, is an opportunity for the wealthy and influential to compete with each other for attention and create a spectacle for us, the unwashed.

In other words, a place for AOC to truly shine. And boy did she! Besides the blue check sycophants of Twitter and the Woke/Entertainment complex, she rightly earned some mockery in meme form.
