We’re glad there are still journalists like John Stossel out there. He’s recently found himself in the middle of a dispute with Facebook’s “fact-checkers.” He’s done several videos on the subject and the story just keeps evolving. Now there’s a lawsuit. And in this lawsuit, Facebook is claiming that their fact checks are merely opinion and therefore immune to defamation. Sooo…that wouldn’t be a fact check would it? It would be an opinion check.
