I’ve watched the trailer for season 3 of The Mandalorian quite a few times and something is really bugging me. What is up with the quality of the clips? Why don’t they match? One second it looks like a CBS prime time drama and the next second it looks like a feature film. Pick a lane. Fix it in post. Run it through a process. Do something! You’re Star Wars for crying out loud. It’s such an odd thing, visually to wrestle with. Why let this happen? Isn’t that someones job? (Hint: It is) Since it first premiered, I’ve tried to be a fan of The Mandalorian. For real. Looked passed some iffy writing, some questionable fan service, less than stellar sets, but damn. This trailer seems as if every dept. has just let out a collective ‘meh’. Can we at least get a standard quality to the actual show? The Mandalorian season 3 arrives March 1st. On Disney Plus (and maybe the game show network judging from some of the images and sets)
