Amid a wave of celebrity deaths this past week, you might have overlooked one of the Bay Area’s original rockers, Greg Kihn, passed away at age 75.
Kihn started in the 1970s in Berkeley, and worked various jobs while trying to get his music career off the ground. From the late 70s thought the mid 80s, Greg Kihn’s music was a constant on radio stations everywhere, with his biggest hit, “Jeopardy”, peaking at #2 on the Billboard Charts:
