Sunday Jams with some overlooked songs from The Beatles

Not going to lie. I woke up thinking about “And your bird can sing” from the Beatles. So, I immediately threw out my other plans for Sunday Jams and went with it. Get ready for The Beatles return to Sunday Jams. As far as ‘and your bird can sing’, It’s one of those songs that feels like it’s kind of sitting by the side of the road in terms of classic songs from the fab four. But for this morning, it’s perfect.

Here’s The Beatles on Sunday jams with some overlooked wonders.

We’ll close out the Sunday Jams with this one. Just a great tone out of those guitars and some high-quality vocals. So good. And so much swing. You can hear these guys just having a blast. This one is in heavy rotation over here at TLP world HQ.

Michael, My music brother from another mother, A big THANK YOU for featuring my favorite band in the world for Sunday Jams.
I always like how you pick songs that aren’t the
first ones on everyone’s list all the time. Revolver is such a fantastic album and a song like And Your Bird Can Sing (a big favorite) gets lost, even though the guitar work,Paul’s bass line and their amazing harmonies stand out on this great tune. Hey Bulldog is a such a quirky and fun song and John Lennon’s howls and woofs make me smile everytime I hear them. One After 909 is another big favorite and often overlooked gem on Let It Be. This one is a blast and you can tell they were had a great time recording it. I always look forward to Sunday Jams and your great taste music. Thanks Michael!
